BEAM (Body Esteem And Mental Health) is a Mental Health Promotion campaign  focused on the connections between body image, anxiety, & depression amongst youth. Through creative social media campaigns, peer engagement, and school-wide service activities, B.E.A.M. works to reduce the impact of harmful beauty standards, bullying, & self-comparison by promoting protective factors such as body positivity, self-compassion, and access to mental health resources!
